Gives the best calorie burn for the effort. I am sweating in 20 minutes whereas I could be on a treadmill and not feel the work out until much longer. Took me a few tried to learn how to balance and slide but it wasn’t too bad. I am 51 and trying to stay fit and healthy. I am a Registered Dietitian with my own private practice and I have recommended this to a few clients already.
