Not only is it a highly effective tool for core stabilization and strength training, our product will improve your balance, mobility, stability and endurance through lateral movement--which is one of the most underserved planes of motion for the general public when exercising.

All domestic purchases are expected to take 7-12 business days to arrive at your doorstep once your pre-order is shipped. The product ships UPS ground to all domestic locations within the 48 contiguous States, as well as Hawaii and Alaska. Currently, we're in pre-order status, and you'll receive your shipping details as soon as your order ships.

Every Brrrn product is satisfaction guaranteed and may be returned in its original condition and box for a refund. To receive a refund, the product must be in brand new, re-sellable condition (including but not limited to being free of scratches and/or dents) and returned in its original box with all accessories included from the original purchase.

Brrrn will provide customers with a return shipping label upon request. Returns within 30 days of order date will incur a $75.00 shipping and restocking fee that will be deducted from any refund owed to the customer ($150 for Hawaii and Alaska). Returns 31 days or more after the order date will incur an additional $75.00 return fee (total of $150.00) ($225 for Hawaii and Alaska) that will also be deducted from any refund owed to the customer. Refund amount determined in Brrrn’s sole discretion. Refunds will be made to the customer’s original payment method. Any credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser. Only items purchased directly from thebrrrn.com will be accepted for returns.

If you purchased your product from a third-party seller, please contact the seller directly to discuss your return options. Please email us at support@thebrrrn.com to initiate your return. All sales are final on accessories and beanies––no returns. If your Brrrn Board was damaged during the shipping process, we ask that you send us photos via email at support@thebrrrn.com. From there, we will assess the situation to determine a reshipment plan to deliver you a new Brrrn Board.

In the event of a redirection of the business or termination of a contract with a vendor, the discontinuation of a yearly subscription service without a refund may be necessary. Such circumstances, which fall within the bounds of the agreement, allow the service provider to uphold the terms and conditions outlined in the subscription agreement, which may include provisions for non-refundable payments in case of unforeseen circumstances or contractual changes.

Yes, we do! Our booties come in three different sizes.

Included in your purchase is a complimentary bottle of Board Care Spray. If your Brrrn Board doesn't feel as slick as you’d like, simply spray the surface (we recommend about three spritzes) and then wipe off with a small towel. We recommend polishing your board every 4-5 workouts. Click here for a helpful video on polishing your board.

The Brrrn Board is proudly designed in the US, but made overseas.  We've tried everything possible to make the boards here in the USA—to support job creation and our local economies—but due to powers beyond our control, we've had to outsource the board overseas. We hope you understand.
