Refund, Warranty & Shipping Policy

Refund Policy

Every Brrrn product is satisfaction guaranteed and may be returned in its original condition and box for a refund. To receive a refund, the product must be in brand new, re-sellable condition (including but not limited to being free of scratches and/or dents) and returned in its original box with all accessories included from the original purchase. Brrrn will provide customers with a return shipping label upon request. Returns within 30 days of order date will incur a $75.00 shipping and restocking fee that will be deducted from any refund owed to the customer. Returns 31 days or more after order date will incur an additional $75.00 return fee (total of $150.00) that will also be deducted from any refund owed customer. Refund amount determined in Brrrn’s sole discretion. Refunds will be made to the customer’s original payment method. Any credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser. Only items purchased directly from thebrrrn.com will be accepted for returns. If you purchased your product from a third-party seller, please contact the seller directly to discuss your return options. Please email us at support@thebrrrn.com to initiate your return. All sales are final on accessories and beanies––no returns.

In the event of a redirection of the business or termination of a contract with a vendor, the discontinuation of a yearly subscription service without a refund may be necessary. Such circumstances, which fall within the bounds of the agreement, allow the service provider to uphold the terms and conditions outlined in the subscription agreement, which may include provisions for non-refundable payments in case of unforeseen circumstances or contractual changes.

Shipping Policy

Brrrn uses UPS for shipping our Brrrn Boards. Standard shipping takes 7-12 business days for the contiguous 48 states. Accessories are shipped via standard ground USPS and standard shipping rates apply at checkout. 

One-Year Warranty 

Brrrn Interactive, LLC “Brrrn” has limited warranty obligations that are confined to the terms set forth below:

Brrrn Interactive, LLC warrants BRRRN® products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original retail purchase. This limited warranty is valid only in the country in which the product is purchased and comes with the product at no extra charge, (please see details below), however shipping and processing fees will be incurred for returns, replacements and or refunds.

If a defect exists and subject to this limited warranty, at its option Brrrn will (1) repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or that has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or (3) refund the purchase price of the product. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product. A repaired product has a one-year warranty from the date of repair. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes Brrrn’s property. When a refund is given, your product becomes Brrrn’s property.

The Brrrn Booties 

All sales are final on our signature Brrrn Booties.  We do not accept returns on any and all of the sizes. 

The Brrrn At-Home Subscription 

For the annual 1-year subscription, you may cancel your next year's billing at anytime before your next year's billing date by emailing orders@thebrrrn.com.  Should you not cancel your annual subscription before the charge date, you have up to 30 days after your annual charge date to still cancel, however, a $20 late cancelling fee will be applied and taken from the outstanding balance owed to you.  You will be refunded the remaining amount.  After 30 days past your charge date, all sales are final on the subscription for that billing year. 

For monthly subscriptions, all sales are final for the month.  You may cancel at any time to cancel your next month's billing cycle.
