New brrrn board

Loving my new brrrn board. I’ve never done this type of exercise before. So it’s taking a few times to get my balance and used to sliding. I bought the board for my 65th birthday for new and fun way to maintain fitness. I weigh 160 lbs - about 20% fat. I’m hoping this helps me drop under 15%. I’m having fun and enjoy sliding. It’s quiet - so I can easily listen to audible or podcasts or even watch tv. I like this quality product to date. Thank you brrrn 😁
